Atty. Joeffrey G.  Pagdanganan earned his Bachelor’s Degree major in Legal Management at the University of Santo Tomas, Faculty of Arts and Letters with Honors in 2002. He finished his Bachelor of Laws Degree at the Arellano University School of Law in 2010 and passed the bar examinations held in the same year.

He is currently connected with Philippine Postal Savings Bank, Inc., a thrift banking institution. He is a part-time instructor/lecturer/professor at the University of Santo Tomas –Alfredo M. Velayo College of Accountancy and the University of the East – Manila, College of Business Administration where he teaches business law. 

He was with the National Food Authority’s Legal Affairs Department –Litigation Division from August 2012 to August 2015. During his stint with NFA, he was also tasked as Hearing Officer for cases referred to the Adjudication Division.  He likewise prepared opinions for the Legal Opinion and Documentation Division of the same Department.

Prior to his employment with the government service, Atty. Pagdanganan was with Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) from October 2007 to July 2012 where he had to handle people and loan accounts in different capacities.

He was part of BPI’s Officership Training Program Batch 100 where he became well acquainted with the Unibank’s overall operations. The training program lasted for more than seven (7) months and includes a month of exposure in branch operations, the core business of the bank.

This training system coupled with his law degree enabled him to handle positions in the Collections (Real Estate & Auto) and Remedial Management Departments with ease and efficiency.

He was able to hurdle the Real Estate Broker’s Examination with flying colors (then conducted by the DTI) during his employment with Leechiu & Associates between June 2006 and October 2007. His exposure to real estate valuation and real estate market research enriched his knowledge in real estate complementing law and documentation background.

During his working student years, he was employed with two (2) BPOs, PeopleSupport Philippines and PacificHub Corporation where he was able to enhance his communication and interpersonal skills.

His first employer after graduation in 2002 was Tutuban Properties, Inc., the owner/lessee of the PNR property where Tutuban Mall is located. He spent the first three (3) years of his career as Contract Adiministraion Assistant under the Credit and Collection Department.
